Hi, I’m Kate, and photography has captivated me for as long as I can remember. Even when I was young, I was drawn to the idea that a single photograph could freeze a moment in time and preserve a feeling forever. I’m also a wife and a proud mom to three wonderful kids, and becoming a mother has completely deepened my appreciation for photography. Parenthood has shown me just how quickly time moves. The tiny hands that hold yours, the bedtime snuggles, the silly faces, the everyday chaos and beauty of family life...these moments are so fleeting, yet they’re the ones that mean the most.

There is no one better than Kate. We've had her take our family photos for years, each year adding in another baby (read: more chaos). Kate is so down-to-earth joyfully doing all the things to help make our kids laugh, keep their attention and capture their little personalities. I don't know how she does it, but every time I see the finished product, I'm blown away. Kate is so gifted and has an incredible eye for the details… the kids growing teeth, the chubby hands, the dog stealing a lick on the plate. As a mom who is rarely ever in photos, I treasure them so much. I know I will look back for years to come with such gratitude we took the time and made the investment.
